Someone who is very close to me got married today. The best wedding gift I could give her is to be her emcee for her wedding. As I saw her walked in, it brought me back to the days where she and I used to talk over the phone about our problems in life. Now, she is married and I can let go a promise that I had given to her. There is a sense of emptiness in me as I know that in future, I will not be able to call her as freely to cry my heart to. But still, I am really happy for her. Marriage is a lifelong commitment. I saw this quote and I felt it was meaning; you do not marry someone you can live with but rather you marry someone you can't live without.
