When my mom saw me with that bandage on my hand just now, she asked me why do I like to do weird stuffs like this. Abnormal psychology/ behaviour? I guess it is just that my actions do not fall under what she perceived as norm. I am not sure since when had I become addicted to blood donation. Whenever I see blood donation drive going on, I will have the urge to contribute as much as blood as I can. Though witnessing the thick metal tube being "poked" into my skin seems scary, it kind of became a norm to me. I was also surprised with the amount of contribution I had made when the lady at the registration made this comment. "Wow, you donated so many times already."

I'm addicted to blood donation too; although compared to you I'm a noob, haha. Just donated my 6th time couple of weeks ago.
Well I just think, since I am a universal donor (type o), why not save some lives while I can?
That is altruism and proof that atheist people can be giving and have a heart too.
