New year

It has been a year that seemed a day. Though it is a new day of the year, it made not much of a difference to me now. It just somehow a mere change of a 7 to 8 in the year portion of the calender. Or perhaps it is due to the morning syndrome where I am most vulnerable to attacks. Nevertheless, a friend told me this some time back. If love does not last forever, what is forever for? Was figuring out and kind of realised what is forever for. Many would think of resolution now but I guess I will choose to reflect on my regrets. I regretted the lost of something due to my foolishness. Perhaps it not that nothing is too late for me, it is just that I realised how precious it is when I lose it. I guess my resolution will just be one word. You.
