Emotions over actions

A person out there would most probably agree with me regarding this. Bad emotions disrupt logical thinking. It makes a person go insane doing things one will most probably regret in the aftermath. I think it might have happened to me and the person who agreed. But thinking of the other side, people with strong emotions most probably will be quite sensitive towards many things. Controlling the disruption of logical processing will make a person sensitive and logical at the same time. I am indeed very grateful to a person who really fork out time to stop me block me from doing something I most probably might regret for the rest of my life. I know this person would not know about my gratitude but you really spoke a lot into me. You set my direction right again. Giving without expecting. Thank you.
