Sacrifice

Sacrifice; a giving up of something valuable or important for somebody or something else considered to be of more value or importance. A very noble word. Years ago, I once thought I sacrificed my everything for the sake of one person. Almost everything that is under my name. That is also where I lost everything overnight which made my world collapsed. But I have never told the person the truth nor blame the person and never did I say anything because I felt that if you really want to sacrifice, do it without complaining. Now, I guess I am doing this now for You. However, being a faithful You, I know very well You will not shortchange me and will not let me now. Though still not fully affirmed about my sacrifices now, I am still certain that I will hold on to it for one simple fact; You gave me something very important in my life and changed me to who I am today.
